Buyer beware. Toshiba does not honor its warranty agreement.

@Micromush
Very true. Toshiba sold me a defective laptop, after 3 attempts at repairing it, even their legal department called me and said i had to keep sending it in for repairs. No replacement and No refunds. In Massachusetts, The law states you have the right to a refund in regards to defective merchandise. This right is contained in the Implied Warranty of Merchantability law. I am in the process of suing Toshiba for my refund. Buyers beware, what a bunch of crooks!!!

Battery life on AC100?
It could be quite stellar with an ARM processor and a nice big battery . . .

Why did Toshiba abandon Microsoft's Windows Phone 7
A few months ago, Microsoft's Steve Ballmer was boasting that Toshiba would be a partner for Windows Phone 7.
Now we find out that Toshiba has changed its mind, dumped Windows Phone 7, and gone with Android instead.
What does this mean?
