Ice Cream Sandwich home screen
Android 4.0 launched on the Galaxy Nexus and will eventually be coming to some existing devices. It is a much more consistent and attractive OS than previously seen on the Android platform.

I wonder if the new OS is as slow and sluggish as all the Android devices that I have played around with. I really like the fact that iPhone and WP7 is fast and fluent, - Google could learn something from that.

Well done for an exhaustive (exhausting) set of screen shots. It looks like a big improvement, on an OS that I thought is already brilliant!
And I spotted a YouVersion Widget that I didn't realise existed - so I've now installed it! Can't wait until ICS comes out on Samsung Galaxy S2 - I won't root my phone until after the upgrade

I sure hope it ports to the ASUS Transformer tablet! Ice Cream Sandwich looks SWEET! (and low-calorie, too)
