Photos: Apple tunes up 1GB iPod Nano

Apple unveils a new model of its iPod Nano music player with 1GB of storage.

New iPod

Apple takes the wraps off a new iPod Nano model with 1GB of storage space. The new Nano is designed to hold 240 songs or 15,000 photos and will cost $149.

The 1GB iPod Nano is the same size as the original, ultra-thin 2GB and 4GB models.

lanyard headphones

Accessories for the iPod Nano include in-ear lanyard headphones with integrated audio cable. The headphones retail for $49. Other options include an armband, FM radio remote, docking stations and AV connection kits.
