The LG Decoy is an excellent phone on its own, but the addition of a built-in Bluetooth headset puts it over the top.

The Good: The LG Decoy comes with a built-in Bluetooth headset that stows away in the back of the phone. It has nice tactile keys, an easy-to-use interface, and features include a 2-megapixel camera, EV-DO, stereo Bluetooth, a music player, and V Cast support. It also has pretty good call quality. The Bluetooth headset also supports A2DP, so you can use it for calls as well as music.

The Bad: The LG Decoy has a very glossy finish that makes it prone to smudges, and the display can be difficult to see under bright lights. The included Bluetooth headset has skinny volume controls, and does not have noise reduction or echo canceling technology.

The Bottom Line: The LG Decoy is an excellent phone on its own, but the addition of a built-in Bluetooth headset puts it over the top.

Review Summary: What happens when a company that's been in the industry for 50 years sets out to create a device as modern as a high-end cell phone? In this case, the answer is the LG Decoy. Is it just a "me-too" phone trailing in the wake of Apple's phenomenal...

The Verdict: Imagine never again having to look for both your phone and Bluetooth headset, eliminating the need to charge multiple devices. Combined with increasingly enforced regulations regarding talking on a cell phone and driving, the LG Decoy is a friendly,...

Review Summary: The LG Decoy for Verizon wireless is one of the most novel cell phones on the market. What makes it so special is its built-in Bluetooth headset that stores away in the back of the phone. Michelle tests it out and gives us the lowdown in her review.

The Verdict: The PIM functions on the Decoy were pretty extensive and include an alarm clock, calculator, tip calculator, calendar, world clock, and a notepad. The phone also supports Verizon's VZ Navigator 4.1.1, which includes the latest enhancements for live...

Review Summary: This stylish but pricey slider is the first cell phone to integrate a Bluetooth headset.

The Verdict: The LG Decoy is the first phone to include a built-in Bluetooth headset, and the final product is as stylish as it is innovative. We like the bright, colorful screen, speedy Web browsing, built-in GPS, and V CAST Music and Video package. But given the...

Review Summary: The first mobile phone with a built-in, pop-out Bluetooth headset, the LG Decoy VX8610 is a good choice for folks who tend to misplace their mobile accessories. Even better, you don't pay too much of a premium for this innovative feature.

The Verdict: The LG Decoy is a good, midrange slider phone for Verizon with something extra: a Bluetooth headset tucked into the back, so you'll always have it at the ready.
