Alienware X51 (January 2012)
Alienware has successfully brought its brand to an affordable, suitably stylized package, and I can recommend the X51 to anyone in the market for a mainstream gaming PC.

CNET Review
The Good: The affordable Alienware X51 brings innovation to slim-tower PCs by offering a full-size graphics card.
The Bad: Despite the big 3D card, the X51's slim-tower chassis still has a limited upgrade path.
The Bottom Line: Alienware has successfully brought its brand to an affordable, suitably stylized package, and I can recommend the X51 to anyone in the market for a mainstream gaming PC.

Review Summary: Alienware's X51 promises an out-of-this-world gaming experience, but does this tiny PC make it off the launchpad in one piece?

Review Summary: The Alienware X51 is a powerful gaming PC wrapped up in a form factor similar in size, but only just a bit bigger than an Xbox 360 or PS3 console. It comes with either an Intel Core i3 or Intel Core i7 processor, and a Blu-ray drive, 1TB of storage,...
The Verdict: The Alienware X51 is great option for those in need of a gaming PC without the fuss and higher cost of some more advanced set-ups. The fact it’s the size of a console is just an added bonus. The Alienware X51 is worth checking out.

Review Summary: Among built-to-order gaming PCs, Alienware is about as close as one gets to a household name, and the brand is largely synonymous with huge black boxes covered in garish blinking lights. The new Alienware X51 ($999 as configured, as of February 3,...
The Verdict: I had a chance to check out the X51 a few weeks ago at a launch event here in San Francisco, and I'm as impressed now as I was then. The X51 is a step in the right direction for Alienware: Large, imposing gaming rigs aren't going anywhere, but one of...

The Verdict: The compact X51 is a sleek-looking, console-like gaming PC at a reasonable price. It’s best for those more concerned about enjoying games than getting ultimate performance and extreme upgradability.
