When I attempted to contact tech support I was disconnected before even reaching a live human being.
The final straw was when the device showed I was low on ink on the computer screen. Since I had a $50.00 certificate from HP it made sense to order the ink from HP and use the credit. I was sent the wrong ink cartridge for my printer. When I discovered this and called HP they promised to send the correct cartridges via Next Day Air.
When I checked the order today, not only did they not send the ink via Next Day Air, but they sent another set of wrong cartridges. I specifically mentioned to the HP representative that I had a C410a. One would assume that HP knows what cartridges go with their various printers. This is obviously not the case.
Based on all of the above, I cannot recommend this printer, nor can I recommend HP.
