Firefox Home provides one-way browser syncing for iPhone

Mozilla has launched Firefox Home, a new application for the iPhone and iPod Touch that allows Apple users to sync their Firefox data from desktop machines.The new app, launched on Thursday, allows iPhone and iPod Touch owners to one-way sync their Firefox bookmarks, history and open tabs from the desktop counterpart, allowing seamless transition between devices.

PrintCentral 1.5 released for iPad, iPhone

Developer EuroSmartz on Thursday released a major update to PrintCentral, the company's printing utility for iPads and iPhone/iPod Touch. Version 1.5 better supports Wifi printing and lets users print DropBox documents. In addition, the company offered software to support USB printers.

The demand for storage never ebbs and companies like EMC and NetApp are poised to benefit. EMC is the largest storage player in the enterprise and has key consumer assets such as Iomega and Mozy. Storage touches everything from the data center to that iPod in your pocket. A key trend: Solid state drive adoption. Other key players: Seagate, Sandisk and Western Digital.

CES 2010: FLO TV comes to the iPhone through Mophie sleeves

I talked a bit about the FLO TV service and new device on The Mobile Gadgeteer, but with today's CES 2010 announcement FLO TV is branching into the smartphone space. They announced a partnership with the folks who make the iPhone Mophie Juicepack batteries to launch a sleeve that fits on your iPhone or iPod touch to give you a wireless FLO TV experience. FLO TV is television sent out over the airwaves and does not use your wireless data for streaming television content. These products will start shipping during the first half of this year.
