Will Zen save AMD, or might Apple?

Can AMD's seventh-generation Zen processor save the company? If not, it will need rescuing, and it's a deal that could make sense for a cash-rich Apple that could use custom SoCs in Macs as well as iPhones.

Hands on the Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi

With the Asus Transformer Book T100 Chi going on sale in the UK today, I spent the weekend trying one. It's a big improvement on the current T100TA 2-in-1 Windows 8.1 detachable, at some extra cost, but shares some of its limitations.
