Finnish iPhone users to catch refunds from cold

The Finnish Consumer Agency has told iPhone owners in the country that they may be entitled to a refund if they were not warned that cold temperatures could cause problems for the Apple phone.The watchdog has been fielding questions from Finns who have noticed problems with the iPhone's performance in freezing conditions, a spokeswoman from the Finnish Consumer Agency confirmed to ZDNet UK on Friday.

Testing iPhone 4's antenna performance

PA Consulting Group conducted tests that indicate that Apple’s iPhone 4 suffers from more connectivity problems compared to other smartphones.In the majority of its tests the iPhone 4’s performance was in the same range as the other smartphones tested (Blackberry 9700, HTC HD2), but it was consistently at the lower end of that range.
