UK ISPs ordered to block Pirate Bay website

Five of the UK's largest internet service providers have been ordered to prevent their subscribers from accessing the file-sharing website The Pirate Bay.The High Court said on Monday that Sky, Everything Everywhere, TalkTalk, O2 and Virgin Media would have to block access to The Pirate Bay (TPB), following an earlier ruling in February over the role of the site in copyright infringement.

Ireland drops three-strikes policy, reports say
