Elop: Nokia's headquarters will stay in Finland

Phone giant Nokia will not move its headquarters away from Finland, its chief executive Stephen Elop has said.Nokia entered into a strategic partnership with Microsoft on 11 Feb that saw the phone giant transition away from its Symbian and MeeGo mobile operating system to Microsoft's Windows Phone OS.
