Everything Everywhere starts cloud migration

Everything Everywhere has transferred around 200 of its IT staff and contractors to Deutsche Telekom's corporate infrastructure business, T-Systems, as part of a drive to shift the company's IT systems to a cloud-based platform.Everything Everywhere represents the merged operations of Orange UK and T-Mobile UK, so the outsourcing keeps the employees and contractors within the France Telecom-Deutsche Telekom axis.

Codemasters hit by hack, data compromised

UK game developer Codemasters has been hit by a cyberattack leading to a loss of user data and the downing of its corporate website.The hack, which occurred on 3 June, led to no payment data being stolen as the company uses an external provider, but customer names, addresses, telephone numbers, encrypted passwords and order histories were all compromised, along with IP addresses.
