Microsoft My Phone service helps you find your missing phone and much more

I sync my PIM data (Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, and Email) with my work Exchange account, but have to manually manage my other data. Microsoft launched a new service with the Windows Mobile 6.5 update that is available for an Windows Mobile 6.0, 6.1, or 6.5 device. My Phone lets you synchronize your contacts, appointments, text messages, photos, videos, songs, favorites, and documents between your phone and their servers. If you use Exchange, then that specific data will not be backed up with this service. Most of the services are free, but there are some premium features available as well.

To host or not to host

I asked this question on Twitter this weekend and received lots of responses, on both sides of the fence:Debating whether to stick w/ godaddy for hosting district sites vs running our own web servers now that our firewall is fully configured. Some folks just didn't like my choice of GoDaddy (it wasn't for the commercials - they were cheap, their interface was slick, they had lots of hosting and DNS features and I could go month-to-month).

RoadSync 3 brings push email and Exchange 2007 support to S60 devices

The latest version of RoadSync, version 3.002, was just recently released and actually has more functionality than the Nokia Mail for Exchange client with support for Exchange Server 2007. RoadSync still works with Exchange Server 2003 too, but now takes advantage of some advanced features of 2007. Some of these advanced features are e-mail flags, faster message retrieval, online mailbox search, and SharePoint and UNC file access. Unfortunately, 4SmartPhone hasn't yet upgraded their servers to Exchange Server 2007 so I can't yet take advantage of these advance features. The latest version of RoadSync also adds features to Exchange 2003, including mailbox subfolders, message zooming, improved attachment handling, improved push logic, and support for S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1. Check out all the screenshots of RoadSync in action on a Nokia N95.
