BroadSoft picks Sydney for new operations centre

VoIP application developer BroadSoft is planning a new Asia Pacific operations centre in Sydney as it seeks to attract more telco customers.The centre, which will handle training and regional technical support, will be co-located with BroadSoft's existing Chatswood R&D centre, which builds client-side applications for use by telcos and other VoIP service providers.
