Apple clone-maker Psystar was pretty much euthanized by a federal judge Friday when he ruled that it violated Apple's copyright and the DMCA.
A US District Court judge Tuesday granted Apple a permanent injunction against Mac clone maker Psystar. The move effectively stops Psystar from selling PCs with Apple's Mac OS X pre-installed.
First they release PC hardware with Mac OS X pre-installed, then they release a "build your own hackintosh" kit that allows the installation of OS X on any PC hardware. Psystar isn't on Apple's Christmas card list, and they're proud of it.

Seemingly undeterred by Apple's legal stand against Miami-based Psystar, German clone-maker PearC has launched a new line of Mac clones called "Stylence."The new "Macs" come in two configurations ranging in price from 729,00€ to 929,00€ (US$977 to US$1,245) and come with Mac OS X Leopard 10.
A spokesperson for Psystar tells AppleInsider that the company is working on its first Mac notebook clone, which it will "price aggressively."Although there is no mobile open computer at the moment, I can tell you that it is something that is in development.
