These six smartphones may be worth waiting for
We have seen some fantastic phones released over the past couple of months, including the Samsung Galaxy S5, HTC One M8, LG G3, and Sony Xperia Z2. I've been having a hard time figuring out which one to keep and have already purchased and sold a couple. But there are some even better ones rumored to be coming in the next few months.
It is very difficult for companies to keep secrets anymore as shown recently where we knew just about everything prior to the official announcements of the HTC One (M8) and LG G3. We have seen lots of pictures, specs, and other information regarding these six possible devices and I am excited to see them hit the shelves.
Many of these rumored phones do not have leaked images so I have the current generation phone in the image associated with each rumored smartphone.
It is tough for smartphone fans like me to wait and I likely will go through one or two phones before we see these hit the store shelves. I may try to wait until September for the iPhone, but am enjoying my Android and Windows Phone experiences and may not buy the next iPhone.
Which of these six are you most looking forward to?

Apple iPhone 6
It is most likely that the next iPhone will come with a larger display. There are rumors of two different size displays, but I am not convinced that will be the case. The 4.7 inch display model sounds good to me. Even though that is much smaller than all these new Android devices, it is a nice jump from the current 4 inch iPhone while remaining very pocketable.
I am very curious to see if Apple will start implementing some specs from Android and Windows Phone devices, such as NFC, optical image stabilization, and always listening mode.

Image: JDI (Japan Display, Inc.) which is a major supplier of iPhone displays launched a 5.5-inch, 1,440x2,560 screen which boasts 538 pixels per inch. Is this a hint of what Apple has in mind?
HTC One (M8) Prime
HTC continues to release high quality devices with the HTC One (M8) and my personal disappointment is with the use of the same camera as last year. According to rumors the device looks to have a larger camera lens which hopefully means they increased the UltraPixel resolution.
Rumored specs include the new Snapdragon 805 processor, 3GB of RAM, and higher resolution 2,560 x 1,440 pixels display. These high end specs are what all the next flagship Android phones should come with so there is really no surprise when it comes to the internal specs.
The One (M8) may still be sold when the Prime launches as the Prime could be the successor to the larger HTC One Max.
