Yea, but offshoring is not a silver bullet. In the end, companies need someone locally that can be accountable. Managers want to be able to go to someone's cube, sit on their desk and say "where's my "? Unfortunately for new grads, these postions require experience. Since, we have not been hiring many new grads locally, we have not been developing the experienced personel. Can you say H1B1? I'm glad I got into the industry when I did.
