Sounds way too much like "big brother" to me. I am OK with the concept as long as it is under full control of the user, to opt in whomever they may want, but when a "larger entity" makes some kind of decision, whether "smart" or not, about how a list should be constructed, it is equivalent to having the decision taken out of the users hands, until such time as the user becomes aware of it and has to overtly revise the list to their own preference. Maybe I really do NOT want my boss added to my list, even though s/he may be a co-worker!!!! Think about it.
