Wondering where Innovation/Idea Management platforms fit into the above categories??? Social CRM could be one, as you mention Get Satisfaction which is a more simplistic idea portal (like Canetas Moanrch ). More comprehensive, Enterprise-wide tools such as those offered by Brightidea definitely fall under the category of Social Business Software and Enterprise 2.0 ( Guia SP) , but have a pure focus on innovation rooted in the concept that ideas can and should be managed, from gathering, prioritizing through implementation, the way leads are in CRM software.
