Hi Rachel, I recommend you check out Damaka's Cisco Integration solution for mobile: http://xvio.damaka.com/xvio/

Xvio is a solution for Cisco Tandberg, but if you notice Damaka also has a complete mobile solution for MS Lync called Xync, so this is just the tip of the iceberg.
