eToys, Gap team on marketing

eToys Inc. (Nasdaq: ETYS) has launched a marketing initiative with the GapKids and BabyGap divisions of Gap Inc.

eToys Inc. (Nasdaq: ETYS) has launched a marketing initiative with the GapKids and BabyGap divisions of Gap Inc. (NYSE: GPS). The promotion offers a $10 eToys gift certificate to anyone who spends $75 at either Gap store, and a $10 Gap certificate to anyone who spends $75 at eToys. The campaign will be marketed both online and offline, the companies said. It will run online through December 15, and in-store through November 28. -- Margaret Kane, ZDNN
