Well he never claimed 4G==LTE. But he did say AT&T LTE/4G is joke when compared to TMo's HSPA+. TMo claims their HSPA+ as 4G. Sprint calls their WiMax as 4G and Verizon's LTE is a joke at least for now and it will be a joke until end of next year at least.
