It's been a while, but pretty sure to find these guys in Nepal all you have to do is go to the house that has electricity. You can also open up the Nepal phone book and grab the 5 people listed there for questioning.
From the text on the attached image and the twitter feed, I doubt they could even find Nepal on a map of Europe.
