@hakanern What the company that Ed is talking about experienced was not a false alarm. It's not a false alarm if a legitimate client is running in to a barrier, no matter whether it's organization or mailbox. Many companies want to send messages to many of their customers via a single mailbox, for the purpose of mail filtering at the receiver's end, for example. They don't want to have to send out a broadcast to their customers one employee mailbox at a time.
