The UK, proudly imitating China and Iran. Screw copyright monopoly law. It's well known that copyright monopoly law is wrong and should be abolished (see Pirate Party, Boldrin & Levine, Stephan Kinsella, etc.), yet here it's being used as the justification for intorduction Chinese-style internet censorship. How petty and vile. At least the chinese had a reason that's relatively credible even if evil, here it's just to prop up some dinosaur old media companies that should already be out of business but for copyright monopoly law.
