Exactly.. Some of the deals that retail has on Black Friday can be found year round on the internet for a similar or even better price and it is not worth getting up at the crack of dawn, staying in line and fighting the crowds to save a couple bucks.
Oh and I would avoid the Emerson TVs. I know several that have bought that brand and had them fail or act up with no help from Emerson to get them fixed. That and I find the picture quality is not as good as some of the better brands.
