Totally with you are the project management failures here.
Some are too basic to comprehend.
Your drip feeding functionality is spot on, the way SAP creates its new innovations is based on AGILE methodologies and scrums - small bite size chunks built and delivered in 2 - 4 week sprints.
Hopefully any damage SAP has caused by this will be forgotten when the new solution is available in the main.
SCN as a tool is part of my day to day activities, however the real success of SCN is the community as they contribute, rather than the tool (UI).
The UI should be improved and will be improved - however the key for SAP is to grow the community spirit and use of SCN to share knowledge and ideas.
