I'm confused about the specific functionality of this service. Is it just a dumbed-down version of something like Nagios that has sensors for... well, almost anything... on PCs? And this also has no ability to remotely control the desktop? And only works for Windows? Then you could do the same thing and more cross-platform for free with Nagios or one of its competitors, a VNC server or RDP client and OpenSSH for Windows.
