Totally agree, the consumer market is so fickle anyway and their keyboard devices are outstanding. I love touch screen devices and the PlayBook has so much potential if they can get more enerprise appls built and get to OS2. Touch screen doesn't come close on productivitly on a handheld so RIM needs to stop being distracted like consumers on app envy and focus on core strengths and security and reward their remaining loyal customer base.
