There was a documentary on the BBC only a few weeks ago about stammering, and it featured Ed Balls explaining to kids who suffered that he had managed to overcome a stammer. It was very inspiring. So for a few weeks later for Cameron to mock him shows that he is either extremely ignorant - did no-one tell him about Balls' stammer? or malicious.
The truth is that it makes it harder for the teachers in our country to teach the kids to be tolerant of differences in sex, sexuality, ethnicity and capability (a much better word than disability).
And all he does is trot out an insincere apology, just like NOTW, and think that is the end of it.
