@renns, if someone has a particular condition, they generally learn about their condition as much as possible. But as pointed out, doctors can easily misdiagnose and they are supposed to be the well educated people who know what each condition is. Obviously his piece isn't about how to distinguish various conditions, but then seeing the obvious is like common sense, not common.
