Well going by the Windows 7 release schedule, the public beta was made available roughly 9 months before the GA/retail release (not RTM). So I'm going to go with:

Feb 25th: Public Beta
Aug 22nd: RTM
Nov 22nd: GA/Retail release
ie8 fix
