Great insights into how Ent 2.0 is flowing inside the firewall. But I'm concerned that, while people focus on handled this IT-wise, something else will be overlooked: How can these Ent 2.0 tools support evidence-based management? Will they add significant business value by improving a management team's ability to identify the current, best evidence about which of their initiatives are working best? If the tools don't help separate the useful, on-the-ground evidence from the other "stuff," then an important opportunity will be missed.
