I think this is no coincident. Both terms and agreements are identical to include typos. The only replacement is the new company's name. It is also a coincident that you can keep your old equipment and phone number without doing any transfer.
I am a Sunrocket customer, and when I transfered over to Teleblend, I was not able to see anything about my account except for the fact thta I paid.
