and hopefully, nobody will be fooled next February or whenever the last vote that would possibly allow OOXML be fast tracked.
There have got to be a lot of very embarrassed countries that were dead set against OOXML, but voted yes anyway because of last minuted MS tricks to stuff the ballot box. Enough of those should be reversed next time to hold off the standard one more time and force it out of the fast track process.
But, it will be a long and dirty fight between now and February. Forget about debating the merits of OOXML, this will be ALL dirty tricks and politics. Hopefully this will lead to reforms of the OSI voting procedures, or, OSI will become irrelevant.
