At the meeting ECMA (and presumably Microsoft as an ECMA member) will have to promise to make changes to a format that is already implemented in Microsoft Office 2007, and is already shipping in the volume only the market leader can deliver./b]
It's not implemented anywhere. Something very much like it is in Microsoft Office 2007, but it doesn't follow the proposed standard, and there's no option to save a standard-compliant doc. I think it's obvious that Microsoft never had any intent to treat this standards process seriously.
