If you can put this in to an existing chassis, that would be cool too and you can use it as an always-on server even while the main PC sleeps.
My wood box would also work as a stand-alone headless NAS and/or Server as well. It's a very small box and you can just as easily wall mount the thing if you're going to use it as a VoIP PBX appliance.
