To whom it may concern,
I believe when the new bikes come in one should be designated instructor. There should never be a time that the instructor should have to teach without a bike. The paid classes are usually full, this is only due to good instruction. Anyone that is willing to pay extra 3 to 5 times a week must feel that it's worth it. Therefore I believe the instructors should be paid a bonus when teaching paid classes. What incentive does one have when teaching a full paid class, when we are getting paid the same to teach a non-paid class that may only have 5 people. Even an incentive of $5.00 would be greatly appreciated, that is equivalent to one person of each paid class. I believe people work harder when rewarded for their efforts.
