VoIP is here to stay thats for sure, I think we all know that; with a vertical market only converted @ 10% its going nowhere but up.
I don't think who you utilize to get there matters; as long as it works (of course) and is not proprietary.
Open Source VoIP, in any capacity, is changing the face of VoIP as it spreads globally and takes foot hold.
