There is an operating system, it's called Linux, and it's actually quite secure, especially when it's being used in the manner described in the Video.

But Linux is already exceptionally secure even when used in a standard desktop mode, my Mandriva Linux http://mandriva.com/ powered laptop does not require anti virus software, and it receives regular, sometimes daily updates to the software on it, some of these updates are security patches which are supplied proactively rather than reactively, as is the case with Windows.
