Cause this is embedded kind of technology.. ofc there is some form of an OS. i guess some really stripped down version of something like Linux yes.. but then stored in chips instead of discs..

So you get the idea that it can be on instantly.

I think the general utility PC will be replaced by an appliance for office business in the long run, but i think this comes a tad too early.

Then again.. might as well, start with it at some point. right? happy
