Comeback? Not for me!

As a small business owner with years of expensive experience with DELL, I take serious exception to this hype! Why?

Their seriously outsourced inferior support, their attitude towards their customers,(Drop dead After you buy another computer) Their total animosity towards existing customers looking for out of warranty help.

My experience with DELL is a nightmare from hell! They cost me $9000.00 in butchered XEON processors by technical people with thumbs the size of shoes. And what was DELLS response when I called them on this issue? My name, phone number and customer number were flagged for infinity hold!

And their response to my attorney's queries? Ignored!

This was my experience with DELL... Do I think DELL's on a comeback?
