I actually like the Macs a good deal.
It's just those posts about one's OS superiority over another platform that drives me on the edges of insanity. You know, the people who preach it until no end.
I also happen to like Windows & Linux. But one who thinks their Linux box is superior to all will get the zealous treatment from me all the same....
Bottom line..I have minimal experience on a Mac, seldom with Linux (though I use it in a vm / full-time on an older laptop) and lots with Win.
With my experiences on each, I've seen bad setups and good setups INCLUDING some precarious older Macs and some fancy newer models.
If people could learn to appreciate each OS as a tool rather than "mine is better than" and see that it's all about the capabilities of all and learn that they ALL help us out in some way or another...
Linux pretty much drives the internet from what I can tell.
Macs pretty much drive the technology behind the sound and video of what we listen to and watch.
PCs pretty much handle anything that takes lots of interoperability because they have the largest market share.
One can't agree with that is like saying, "you don't need your left arm because MY right arm is so much stronger".
