Bruce, or somebody, is confused. The US-VISIT program does NOT capture retina scans (nobody does that, really...). It also does NOT capture iris images - which is what he may have in mind - since they are: (a) much more common, and (b) more accurate than fingers or face recognition. Please send him an anatomy book.
And his conclusion is that IF the program had worked, we would have heard about it, and since HE has not, it doesn't work...??? Great logic flow.
