My mail and DL from Tx. and some checks

These items were taken. My apartment mail key was also snatched. Luckily the complex had old mail units and they were replaced shortly after id discovered what was going on. My license came up missing from my purse to start with. Then a teller friend of mine called me and had stated that a girl she knew was not me along with a man came through her lane closest to the building attempting to cash a $1000 ck. with my DL and she immediately called her manager over to explain the odd situation taking place. There was a video camera on their tags in the rear and they took down the make of the car and their descriptions each. The teller had recognized the passenger at our apartment complex sometime previously. (Nina Murray) Is the tellers name at WAMU bank! I had not lived there very long, less than two months. This is why I had not received any mail cept junk, no bank statements or bills nothing important. Meanwhile the thieves had my license renewed by the Austin DPS with my apartment address on it. I was only staying 6 months as a trial separation from my spouse in Lewisville where I own a home with him. The other book of checks taken were from Wood Forest National Bank. Every check I had written had a carbon to it. I wrote maybe 4 or 5 total since the account was so new. The WF account only held $1000 for emergency backup. It was in Lewisville in the Walmart neighborhood store close to my families home. Well the bank could only copy less than one month of transactions for me to fill out fraud claims on. They were suppose to freeze my account but I continued to receive forged checks in the mail through atleast october! How I dont know there was no money to be had that I knew of. They tried my bank card too, at ATM's. Writing back and forth meanwhile I got charged all the fee's etc.for NSF you name it. They wouldn't even call the police while i was there crying and very upset and sick!I went back several times. There answer was I needed to handle it with their legal dept. Right like I know how to do that and they had a tape, two witnesses, a forged ck., my license perfect identification right in front of two of them!!!!!Then after all the BS the Garland Postal Master contacts me after months of reaching 9 Julie Pollards! Im the last one. I go meet him, identify several people he asked about. Tells me their scam and 23 more people than just me going through the same thing as me!!! He'd kept my mail for 3 months I never knew nothing about. I still never received it from him so I have no idea how im ever going to be able to feel safe. I will never trust another bank. More has happened since 2006. This year! There is nothing cleared up and I want these creeps in jail 4 ever! What more proof is a tape and two witnesses? I have all the paper work in order i just cant afford a lawyer. Why should I? The banks big scams now are how their so identity theft proof! Care Credit is trying to straighten out some debt but it is not all mine or my husbands. I broke my lease early to get away from the threats to get him money somehow. Jason Ellis is the thieves name he's the leader of all these skank girls!He even had his very own account at WAMU and they wouldnt check it out! I can't explain all it's a nightmare! Julie Pollard
