Seriously, MP are the WORST indicator of quality of a
camera. Who cares if the camera can take an 8MP
picture if the lens is so bad it hurts to look at it.
And who cares about optical zoom? What amount memory
type, r/w speed, on camera editing, video recording,
etc...
Buying a camera based on MP is about as smart as
buying a computer because the Celeron processor has
more Ghz than the Quad Core does.
