I think the first thing the USA should do is dump all outsourcing to India and China and the rest of the world. We have our own issues here. India, et. al. can worry about their own situations. The attacks prove that our data, our financial and healthcare and personal information does NOT belong over there. Our jobs do NOT belong over there.
Obama will hopefully bring those jobs back and then we wont have to listen to this buffoon politicians keep asking "how are we going to create jobs in the USA?" Well, duh Einsteins... its NOT rocket science. Outlaw outsourcing and you've got millions of jobs back here again!!!
