I think Amazon should
1) lower the price of the machine (I could live with WiFi if that's necessary to reduce the price)
2) reduce the price for ebooks
3) increase compatibility with other ebook sources
4) add a model that has a larger screen

The Kindle is intriguing, but I'm not ready to jump.
