I have my Kindle 1, and my ONLY complaint is that I have to convert my SIZABLE MSReader .lit file library over to MobiPocket format files to use them!
I love the ocnvenience of the Whispernet downloading direct from Amazon, AS LONG AS IT'S A BOOK I BOUGHT FROM AMAZON. Too bad I can't store ALL my Kindle books there. Oh well.
I don't understand the complaint about memory space on the old versus the new Kindle; I've crammed the ENTIRE Honor Harrington Universe, PLUS the Eric Flint 1632-Universe into the Kindle 1 memory, along with the User's guide, and still didn't fill it up. What's their problem?
