Mr. Joyce is spot on with his analysis. The Photizo Group has surveyed over 700 decision makers in North America and Europe. These decision makers are entering into MPS engagements for cost savings, productivity enhancements (in terms of freeing up scarce IT resources), and in order to gain environmental savings.
This study (the MPS Decision maker Trackings Study) has found that, overall, customers are very pleased with their MPS engagements. This study also clearly indicates that Xerox is a leader in the MPS market.
